Refund policy

Returns

• You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
• Email hello@snuggledragons.store with your order number before sending anything back; we reply with the return address.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go to the original payment method once the item is back and checked.
• Clothing must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.

Damaged or wrong items

• Report transport damage within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and the item.
• If an item is faulty or wrong, we send a replacement or issue a partial refund, at our choice.
